Sandblasting
Surfaceces cleaning and preparation is a crucial step for the success of the coating to be performed later. It can be of various types: liquid, powdered, hot-rolled.
One of the most high-performance and multi-purpose types of preparation is sandblasting. It consists of an abrasive jet using compressed air. The mechanical action guarantees optimum cleaning that can be more or less pushed depending on the surface to be cleaned .
Typical treated surfaces: carbon steel, stainless steel, steel alloys, aluminum, marble, wood etc. executable according to the final result obtainable with different types of methods and abrasives, such as:
Standard sandblasting
Treated surfaces: carbon steel, stainless steel, steel alloys, aluminum, marble, wood etc. With this type of preparation it is possible to obtain different degrees of cleanliness on various surfaces which can be bodywork parts, agricultural vehicles and equipment, metal structures, machinery and industrial structures, facades of civil construction, fences etc. The preparations described can be performed in factory or on site with the use of the mobile sandblasting units and the necessary equipment to contain dusty emissions.
Sandblasting with natural mineral abrasives (garnet, quartz, corundum, olivine)
Sandblasting with metal grit (with grain sizes from GH60 to GH16)
Special sandblasting
Sandblasting with glass microspheres
Sandblasting with ARMEX system
Painting
After adequate surface preparation it is essential to apply a correct painting cycle according to the environment in which the painted surfaces must operate and according to the operating conditions. Here below a generic list of the cycles that can be performed and their characteristics.
Standard painting
Epoxy painting cycles
Polyurethane painting cycles
All cycles can be subject to maintenance and can be carried out in the factory and / or on site with mixed air (b.p) or airless (a.p) spray systems
