WORKER CONDITION POLICY
With the introduction of the aforementioned Management System, Anti Corrosione Sardegna srl claims that every person is treated with respect, regardless of gender, race and religious belief, national, territorial or social origin, disability, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, union membership, political opinions or any other condition that could give rise to discrimination. It does not tolerate any discrimination or mobbing.
Anti Corrosione Sardegna srl intends to inform all the staff that undertakes to:
no child labor;
do not give any support for any form of discrimination in the assumption, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination of employment or retirement, based on race, national, territorial or social origin, caste, birth, religion , gender, disability, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political opinions, age or any other condition that could give rise to discrimination;
do not retain part of the salary, compensation, property or identity documents of the personnel, in order to oblige him to continue working for the organization itself;
do not apply costs or commissions relating to the hiring of workers in full or in part;
ensure that personnel have the right to leave the workplace at the end of the standard working day and are free to terminate the employment relationship, giving reasonable notice to the employer;
to ensure that trade union members, employee representatives and staff engaged in the organization are not subject to discrimination, harassment, intimidation or retaliation for performing these functions and that, on the contrary, they may have contact with their members in the workplace;
do not interfere with the exercise of personnel's rights to follow principles or practices, or to satisfy needs, connected to race, national, territorial or social origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, trade union membership, political opinions or any other condition that could give rise to discrimination;
comply with current legislation, collective bargaining and industry standards regarding working hours, rest and holidays;
